DOCUCON, INC. RECEIVES $600,000 CONTRACT FROM LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES.


SAN ANTONIO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 1996--Docucon, Incorporated (Nasdaq:DOCU DOCU Documentary (film) ), a leading provider of document conversion services to the federal and commercial markets, today announced that it has been awarded a contract in excess of $600,000 by Lucent Technologies, formerly AT&T's systems and technology business.

The contract calls for the conversion of engineering drawings from aperture cards to an electronic storage format.

Docucon is a leader in high-volume conversions of paper and microform In micrographics, a medium that contains microminiaturized images such as microfiche and microfilm.
