They cleared disgraced Michael Neary of any wrong-doing in 1998 after reviewing nine cases of Caesarean hysterectomies carried out at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital The 100-bed capacity Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital is a tertiary hospital located in Daet, Camarines Norte, Philippines, servicing the entire Bicol Region.
