Doctor Murdo Alexander injected Lesley Hill of Rhyl with three times the recommended amount of the hormonal drug Prostap on two occasions. The GP wrote a prescription for a third triple dose which Mrs Hill, by this time wracked with pain, refused to take. Dr Alexander has just returned to work part-time at Clarence House Surgery in Rhyl after being suspended for three months on the orders of the Denbighshire Local Health Board.
