We will also elect new officers and set goals for the next year. Our main goals are to assist with a successful CNA convention and to achieve increased membership. Most of our communication about local, state, and national nursing events is done by email. When I receive new member information, I make initial contact by email and let the new member know when we meet and a little about our district. I think this helps get connected. Since most of our focus is on a successful 2007 Convention, we are meeting at least monthly in person, and working together as needs arise by email and phone.
