DMR gets needed approvals for Meadowlands station project.DMR Architects has obtained approvals for the Meadowlands Rail Station in East Rutherford, NJ. DMR designed the new train station as part of the Meadowlands Railroad and Roadway Improvement Project, commissioned by the Governor to bring rail service to the Meadowlands complex. Designed to be clean, attractive, safe and highly functional, DMR plans to make Meadowlands Station into a "Destination Station" with access to several New Jersey Transit The New Jersey Transit Corporation (NJ Transit) is a statewide public transportation system serving the state of New Jersey, and Orange and Rockland counties in New York. It operates bus, light rail, and commuter rail services throughout the state, notably connecting to major rail lines. The station is also designed to accommodate future growth.
