DMR dedicates new concept.DMR (Digital Media Receiver) See digital media hub. Architects officials were on hand to celebrate the dedication of a new independent living facility in Emerson for New Concepts for Living, also known as the Disabled Children's Foundation of New Jersey. Designed by DMR Architects, this was the first ground-up construction of a facility for New Concepts for Living. Comprised of three single-story buildings, the homes can accommodate up to ten adult residents with varying disabilities and staff offices. This housing project was also of benefit to the Borough borough: see city government; county. of Emerson as it partially satisfied the [Borough.sup.1]s affordable housing requirement as mandated by the State's Council on Affordable Housing (COAH COAH Coahuila (postcode, Mexico) COAH Council on Affordable Housing (New Jersey) COAH Come Over And Help (Christian relief organization in Canada) ).
