DMR Architects on track with NJ development.


DMR (Digital Media Receiver) See digital media hub.  Architects announced construction has commenced at the Montclair Transit Village A transit village is a planned development around a transportation hub, such as a train station, with the intent to make it convenient for village dwellers to get to/from work or run errands and travel via a public transportation network.  site in Montclair, NJ.

DMR is designing a luxury apartment community at the Pine/Bay Street Station, which will replace an existing NJ Transit parking lot.

National developer, Lincoln Property Company, is developing this luxury residential community, which is expected to be completed in 2007.

The complex will include 165 luxury apartments overlooking downtown Montclair with a shared NJ Transit parking garage. The rental units will feature such amenities as picturesque picturesque, term used in 18th-century England to refer to a landscape that looked as if it had come out of an academic painting. DMR has also designed Wesmont Station in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey Wood-Ridge is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 7,644.
