DMR Architects designs shared services building.


Representatives of DMR (Digital Media Receiver) See digital media hub.  Architects were recently on hand to break ground on a milestone building project in Bergen County. Designed by DMR Architects, the 10,000-s/f facility will accommodate the services of both the Lyndhurst Board of Education Offices and Lyndhurst Youth Center.

As part of an educational complex, this new facility will be located on 9.4 acres of land at the corner of Grant and Fern Avenues on the same site as Lyndhurst High School Lyndhurst High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grade from Lyndhurst, in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States, as part of the Lyndhurst School District. .

The building has been designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood with similar residential details such as brick, skyline height and window scale. Safe pedestrian walkways have been provided as well as separate and distinct entrances for each of the building's uses.
