Designed by DMR Architects, the 10,000-s/f facility will accommodate the services of both the Lyndhurst Lyndhurst, city (1990 pop. 15,982), Cuyahoga co., NE Ohio; inc. 1917. It is a residential suburb of Cleveland. Board of Education Offices and Lyndhurst Youth Center. As part of an educational complex, this new facility will be located on 9.4 acres of land at the corner of Grant and Fern Avenues on the same site as Lyndhurst High School. The building has been designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood with similar residential details such as brick, skyline height and window scale. Safe pedestrian walkways have been provided as well as separate and distinct entrances for each of the building's uses.
