The pair transformed the space into a silent disco The Silent Disco is a clubbing concept where dancers are provided with personal wireless headphones which can be tuned in to listen to a DJ. This type of disco earned its name because of the fact that an outsider walking in would see a tent full of people dancing, yet hear no earlier this year, so visitors could listen to music on headphones Head-mounted speakers. Headphones have a strap that rests on top of the head, positioning a pair of speakers over both ears. For listening to music or monitoring live performances and audio tracks, both left and right channels are required. while they looked at the art works. A range of local DJs will launch their new play-lists for the gallery space in a marathon set from 12-9pm on Thursday, November 12. Those taking part are Beaten Tracks, Lewis Boardman, Wil Bolton, Rich Collingwood, The Hive Collective, Nick Johnson Nicholas Robert "(Nick)" Johnson (born September 19, 1978 in Sacramento, California) is a first baseman in Major League Baseball, currently with the Washington Nationals. On the same day, from 6-7.30pm, visitors will have the chance to meet Hemingway and find out more about his ambitious approach to presenting art from the Tate Collection. In an informal discussion, he will talk about how the silent disco came into being.
