HOUSTON -- DIcentral Corporation announced today that it has signed an agreement with SWK Technologies, Inc., a New Jersey-based total solutions provider specializing in Sage Software products, integrated electronic data interchange (EDI) and warehouse management solutions (WMS). DIcentral is a leading provider of hosted B2B data integration solutions including EDI, order management, fulfillment, VMI, SBT, TMS, and data synchronization. The association greatly increases the speed and capabilities of both companies' current solution for B2B commerce.

DIcentral provides a complete Internet-based platform for business-to-business (B2B) data integration services for enterprises and e-marketplaces. DIcentral's suite of Internet-based applications enables businesses and corporations of any size to achieve B2B data integration without the costly investment in localized software and hardware technology, and without the costs of ongoing management of B2B relationships. Under the terms of the agreement, SWK and DIcentral will create an integration between SWK's proprietary MAPADOC EDI software and DIcentral's DI Integrator, providing a low-cost, seamless integrated EDI solution for existing and prospective EDI end-users who use MAS 90 and MAS 200 for their financial accounting function. DIcentral currently has several hundred such clients. SWK will also seek to have its MAPADOC clients utilize DIcentral's value-added network (VAN).
