 Roberg Promoted to COO;
 Isaacs Joins Company as Sales and Marketing Vice President
 MINNEAPOLIS, March 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Diversified Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (DPS) has named Henry F. Blissenbach, Pharm.D., president; Kevin L. Roberg, chief operating officer; and Thomas W. Isaacs, vice president of sales and marketing. DPS, a subsidiary of United Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: UNH), is one of the nation's leading managers of prescription drug benefits and cost containment programs.

 Blissenbach has served as DPS' vice president of pharmacy programs since 1989. Since joining the company in 1986, he has been responsible for building and maintaining relations with the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy program management, clinical services and client services. Blissenbach came to DPS from United and Children's Hospital (St. Paul, Minn.), where he served as assistant director of pharmacy programs.
 Roberg has been vice president of operations for DPS since joining the company in 1990. He is responsible for member services, systems, claims and facilities. Before joining DPS, Roberg was a senior consultant with Stirtz, Bernard & Company (Edina, Minn.).
 Isaacs joined DPS in February 1992 as vice president of sales and marketing. He came from Group Health Association, Inc. (Washington, D.C.), where he served as vice president of marketing and sales.
 A pioneer in pharmacy program management, DPS was the first company to develop a mandatory generic drug program, install point-of-sale claims processing and implement a drug formulary in an open-panel system. DPS also pioneered manufacturers' volume purchase programs for IPAs and open system HMOs. DPS was the first company in the nation to develop a drug outcomes management program.
