DIVE Into Your Deepest Truth.

BOULDER, Colo. -- The Deepwave Institute, advised by Ken Wilber, Peter Senge, Genpo Roshi and other experts in human development, launches their DIVE workshop series in Denver in September.

"When your life doesn't work, and you are suffering, there is usually a limiting and unexamined assumption about the way the world works that is no longer true for you," says Nathan Otto, CEO of The Deepwave Institute. "If you are given the space and tools tool to look deeply at these assumptions, you find a new possibility, a new freedom to live you life in a way that frees your natural happiness."

Otto adds: "Even if you are not suffering much, most of us have a nagging sense of something shallow or incomplete about life. This workshop series offers a unique chance to ask yourself the big questions in a way that can have lasting effects on how you choose to live each moment, whether ordinary or difficult."

The Academic Board of The Deepwave Institute includes such luminaries as Ken Wilber, Peter Senge, Genpo Merzel Roshi, and Fred Kofman. The Deepwave Institute has drawn on ideas both ancient and modern to offer a skilled, compassionate yet high-powered experience to open the mind, heart, body and spirit.

The workshops are intensely experiential, says Otto. "Don't come unless you're ready to dive into your own beliefs, emotions and resistance to what you really want. On the other side of this challenge is discovering the joy of who you really are."

Fred Kofman -- leading business consultant, author and teacher -- is teaching the workshops. Kofman suggests that the DIVE series is for people of all walks of life interested in sincere inquiry. "I work with business people, homemakers, professionals, students, everyone, and we all agree that one key to growth is a willingness to look deeply into oneself. This workshop is about that: discovering and living one's own unique true essence."

The workshop series is very practical, says Kofman, because the details of life show us how much we are living the human qualities we were born to express. The DIVE workshops explore commitment, responsibility, communication, relationship, emotion, and more.

"One exercise we do is called Vicitm-Player," says Kofman. "Look at the places in your life where you assume the role of victim, and then see how you might make a shift into being a player, even though the outside circumstances might not change. The way we do this is very powerful."

Otto adds, "We have included aspects that have often been ignored in other workshops: the importance of the body and breath, celebration, and the play between the masculine and feminine energies in all of us."

DIVE 1: The Plunge, takes place at the Warwick Hotel, Denver, from Thursday September 29 through Sunday October 2, over two evenings and two full days.
