``When the design work was being done for the four schools, we were at a point that we couldn't turn back at Golden Valley,'' Otavka said. ``Therefore, we went ahead with a plan to put in regular turf.'' Vanir, which is already monitoring field renovations at the four high schools, also will oversee proposed projects at Golden Valley and West Ranch high for $284,000 plus up to $12,000 in expenses.
