 PHILADELPHIA, July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The following was released


today by District 1199C, National Union of Hospital and Health Care Employees, AFSCME, AFL-CIO:
 District 1199C, National Union of Hospital and Health Care Employees, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, announced that it withdrew its four-points settlement agreement with the Osteopathic Medical Center of Philadelphia.
 The attempts to settle have failed and the strike continues on!
