DISNEY STRIKES WEB DEAL.

 Co., ramping up its Internet presence, announced Thursday it has formed an alliance with World Wide Web search specialist Excite Inc.

The deal means Excite, the second-most popular search site after Yahoo!, will provide seamless access to parts of Disney's four major Web sites - Disney.com, ESPN ESPN Entertainment and Sports Programming Network  Sports Zone, ABC ABC
 in full American Broadcasting Co.
