DISH Network Satellite TV Adds Pakistan Television `PTV' to International Channel Line-Up.

DISH Network(TM) (Nasdaq: DISH), the fastest-growing U.S. direct broadcast satellite television company, announced today that it will begin offering Pakistan Television (PTV) on Aug. 14, 2001, on DISH Network channel 616.

PTV will be available to DISH Network customers a la carte for the monthly price of $14.99.

PTV offers a variety of programming in Urdu, Punjabi and Pushto languages, offering coverage of national news, major events and current affairs as well as TV series, plays, comedies, plus traditional and pop music. PTV, Pakistan's premier television network, is available only on DISH Network and broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the United States.
