DISH Network Brings Local TV Channels To Terre Haute, Ind., via Satellite; Company Marks 150-Market Milestone.

Customers can call DISH Network or a local satellite TV retailer to learn how to get a free multi-satellite dish antenna required to receive Terre Haute-area local channels. DISH Network also provides digital video recording technologies, high definition TV and more than 70 international channels to the Terre Haute area.

DISH Network offers local channels via satellite to 14 counties in the Terre Haute area: Clark, Crawford, Jasper, Lawrence, Richland, Clay, Daviess, Greene, Knox, Martin, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo counties.

With the addition of Terre Haute, DISH Network offers local channels in all 50 states, plus Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia District of Columbia, federal district (2000 pop. 572,059, a 5.7% decrease in population since the 1990 census), 69 sq mi (179 sq km), on the east bank of the Potomac River, coextensive with the city of Washington, D.C. (the capital of the United States). .

For customers who do not subscribe to Digital Home Advantage, local channels will be available at $5.99 per month with a $1 credit for the net cost of $4.99 until a local ABC ABC
