DISEASE KILLS MUM MARRIED FOUR DAYS; Patricia, 23, is buried in wedding dress.Byline: DECLAN FAHY A YOUNG mother of three was buried in her wedding dress yesterday just days after she married the love of her life. Patricia Doyle, 23, walked down the aisle last Saturday in the knowledge that a genetic disease could kill her within days. Yesterday in the same church, her husband Mark Conway from Newbridge, Co Kildare, cried as he told mourners at her funeral mass of their precious few days together. Patricia, from Kilmead, Co Kildare, had three small children - Tristan, four, Nathan, three, and two-year-old Brianne. Patricia's sister Tracy, 24, described the newlyweds as a couple that "loved each other very much". She said: "They moved their wedding forward a week because Patricia was so sick and they wanted to show their love for each other to everyone before she died." "I can't believe that she is gone. She was always so full of life - a great mother and a great friend. She will now be laid to rest with daddy." Four of Patricia's five sisters inherited the tragic genetic legacy of familial polyposis Familial Polyposis Definition Familial polyposis is an inherited condition which primarily affects the large intestine (colon and rectum). As well as Tracy, Regina, 22, Avril, 20, and 21-year-old Celia inherited the disease, which also killed their father Patrick in February 2001. Only Patricia's youngest sister Mary, 18, tested negative for the condition. The heartbroken groom yesterday helped shoulder her coffin into St Ita's Church, near Athy, Co Kildare.
