 DISCOVERY CHANNEL FOUNDER GIVES KEYNOTE ADDRESS
 AT THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTARY CONGRESS
 EVENT: The welcome luncheon for the first International Documentary Congress (IDC) at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
 The International Documentary Congress is being presented as part of The Motion Picture Centennial, a worldwide, multi-institution observance and celebration of the first 100 years of moving image arts.
 PARTICIPANTS: Keynote address to be given by John Hendricks, founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Discovery Communications Inc., parent company of The Discovery Channel and The Learning Channel and the largest purchaser of documentary product in the world.
 Hendricks will address the evolution of the documentary form on television, the renaissance in American documentary filmmaking and the increasing globalization of television.
