DIRTY HARRY'S TOILET BATTLE.
He claims he is being unfairly sued by a disabled woman who says his Mission Ranch Hotel in Carmel, California, didn't have handicapped access to toilets.
The 69-year-old actor - whose next movie Space Cowboys will be out in August - has spent three years fighting the claim.
Eastwood revealed last night he is using his own money to fight the action. "My insurance company dumped me like a hot rock, but I'm not going to roll over. You gotta stand fast." Eastwolod, Carmel's ex -mayor, added: "Under the law, the lawyers drive off in a Mercedes and the disabled ride off in a wheelchair."
Paul Rein, a civil rights lawyer, insisted the hotel was poorly equipped with the only wheelchair-access toilet behind an unmarked door more than 200 yards from the restaurant.
"It looked like a storage shed," he added.
