DIRECTV Boise Customer Contact Center to Add up to 300 Customer Service Positions; Growth in DIRECTV Business Spurs Job Expansion.

DIRECTV, Inc., the nation's leading digital multichannel service provider, announced today that it is expanding its Boise Customer Contact Center and hiring approximately 300 customer service representatives to support the growth of the DIRECTV customer base.

The new positions include entry-level jobs and those that require call center experience, as well as new positions for technical support. Other new positions include team leaders, training specialists and a team manager.
