Set to be an upscale French restaurant with entrees in the $25 to $35 range, Falls will have as its continuing chef young French import Jerome Lagarde. The Sunset Strip restaurant, owned by Sonny Ruel and Omar Ross, who also own the nearby Dublin's, has hired Wassim Boustani as its general manager and Justin Mustafi as maitre d'-sommelier.
