DIMENSIONAL MEDICINE ANNOUNCES MAJOR AGREEMENT

 MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Dimensional Medicine, Inc. (DMI), a Minneapolis-based developer and marketer of radiology-related systems, today announced that it has reached an agreement with National Computer Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: NLCS) (NCS) that will substantially reduce DMI's outstanding indebtedness to NCS. Subject to the approval of DMI's shareholders and agreement to certain conditions by DMI's trade creditors, NCS will hold 85 percent of DMI's then-total outstanding shares.
