DIGITEC 2000, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire the Assets of Phone Card Wholesalers, Inc.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 1998--DIGITEC 2000, Inc. (OTC/BB: DGTT DGTT Direcção-Geral dos Transportes Terrestres (Portugal) ), announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire the distribution base of Phone Card Wholesalers, Inc., one of the largest phone card distributors in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. .

Phone Card recorded revenues in excess of $15 million in the last year.
