The latest is the Labor Day Digimon Weekend event at Universal Studios Hollywood.

On Sept. 2 and 3, children will be able to play the Digimon trading card game in the Digi-Battle Game Zone and can get a special Goldramon game card that will be available only at the event. Children can also get their pictures taken with eight of the Digimon TV show's characters at Universal's Parisian Courtyard. A separate ``Munch Lunch'' with some of the characters will be available at Universal's Castle Theater (cost is $12 for adults, $9 for children).

The Digimon world includes a six-times-a-week TV show on Fox Kids Network, the trading-card game and PlayStation videogames.
