DIGITAL BIOMETRICS ANNOUNCES TEAMING AGREEMENT WITH NEC CORPORATION

 MINNETONKA, Minn., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Biometrics, Inc. (NASDAQ: DBII) a Minnetonka-based manufacturer, today announced a Teaming Agreement with NEC Corporation to develop scanner technology for the Japanese market.
 NEC is a Tokyo-based manufacturer and seller of communication machinery, computers and electric appliances,
 Jack A. Klingert, president and chief executive officer of Digital Biometrics, said, "There is a large demand for scanners in the Japanese marketplace and by this teaming agreement, both companies are planning to jointly develop improved technologies for this market."
