 DIGITAL AND MASSPORT LINK FOR CENTRAL EUROPE SEMINAR
 WHAT: A program for local business leaders on new export market opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe sponsored by Digital Equipment Corporation's International Business Development Group, and the Trade Development Unit of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport).
 WHEN: The program, to be held on March 16, will begin with registration at 11:30 a.m., and continues with remarks and panel discussions until a reception at 3 p.m.
 WHERE: The Commonwealth Room of the Sheraton Boston Hotel, Prudential Center, Boston.
 BACKGROUND: U.S. Ambassador to Austria Roy M. Huffington will be the keynote speaker in a program that will explore export opportunities for New England firms in a changing Europe. Topics to be discussed include joint ventures, privatization, defense conversion, and economic reforms.
