.BB) today announced a major change in its management direction. The Company announced that it had accepted the resignations of all of its existing officers and directors, effective August 8th 2001. They have been replaced by Stephen Nemergut and Pierre Quilliam. Mr. Nemergut will serve as Chairman of the Board and President. He brings to the Company over 20 years experience as an officer and director of various public companies with a strong emphasis on marketing sales. Mr. Quilliam will serve as Secretary and Treasurer of the Company as well as a director of Dicut. Mr. Quilliam has over 40 years of experience in various marketing and sales companies as well as several years expertise with public trading companies.

Mr. Nemergut stated that, "we have decided to redirect the companies activities toward the successful completion of finding appropriate acquisition or joint venture partners. Mr. Quilliam and I have already reviewed several proposals from various companies and are convinced that we will, in the near future, be able to find the proper match, which will emphasize marketing new products in this area of expanding technology."
