DICUT, Inc., an advanced security solutions provider, today announced it has acquired Aurora Biometrics, Inc. Located in Gaithersburg, MD, Aurora Biometrics provides fully automated, complete biometric products and systems that grant or deny access to facilities, networks, e-transactions, online testing, PCs, and vehicles with no human intervention. Aurora's founder, Dr. Helena Wisniewski, joins DICUT as President of the Aurora Biometrics division. Aurora will be based out of DICUT's Washington DC office located in McLean, VA.

The Aurora Biometrics' iPass(TM) family of products, including, iPassThru(TM), iPassOnline(TM), SafeTravel(TM), and iPassDorm(TM), prevent unauthorized access and identity fraud, significantly enhancing security without PINs or passwords.
