DICOMM Completes Acquisition of AdVal Communications, Inc.


BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 1998--DICOMM Ventures, Inc. announced today that it has completed its acquisition of the assets of AdVal Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Southfield, MI based MIDCOM MIDCOM Middlebox Communication (IETF draft for NAT/firewall transversal)  Communications, for an undisclosed price.
