DICOM Expands Its Executive Management Structure with the Addition of a General Counsel.

Bradford Weller Joins as General Counsel, Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs, and Corporate Secretary

Weller will be responsible for managing all of the company's legal affairs, overseeing the work of all in-house attorneys and external law firms, and ensuring the use of best practices in the company's corporate governance.

Prior to joining DICOM, Mr. Weller was most recently general counsel for St. Bernard Software, a NASDAQ-listed provider of security appliances and hosted solutions. Prior to this, he was general counsel, vice president of legal affairs, and corporate secretary at Captiva Software Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed provider of input management solutions prior to its acquisition by EMC. Mr. Weller's experience also includes having worked as general counsel within the telecommunications industry at Wireless Facilities, and at Mosaix, a provider of workflow and call management solutions prior to its acquisition by Lucent Technologies.
