Airbiquity Inc. and DICE Corporation, a leading security industry software and solutions provider, are partnering to offer DICE's Pinpoint Monitoring Software Solution to users of Airbiquity's GPS Accessory for cellular phones.

The addition of Airbiquity's aqLink(TM) protocol to the PinPoint system will allow DICE's customer base of home security dealers to bundle the GPS Accessory with location-enhanced services, such as child locator services, stolen vehicle tracking and emergency assistance.

DICE will be premiering the new GPS offering at the annual conference of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) in Philadelphia, September 10-12 at Booth 3501. The company expects to make the product available to consumers in late September.

Airbiquity's GPS Accessory is compatible with the most widely used cellular phones on the market today. The device can be activated to transmit location and other critical data over the voice channel of a wireless phone call to any DICE call center outfitted with DICE PinPoint, enabling instant response to requests for assistance.

The technology works over CDMA, TDMA, GSM and iDEN networks, as well as any analog network, so it can work even when roaming. The GPS capabilities are also available over the Internet via DICE*eLink which will let the user monitor the location of Airbiquity units through a standard browser.
