TRADITIONAL GAME NIGHT: For those of you who are not quite ready to let go of the old-fashioned board game, you will be glad to know there are still many old and new titles available this Christmas.

New and only available at your local Starbucks is the party game Hear Me Out! ($34.95), a game of psychological exploration with a twist. In trying to score the most points, players predict their opponents' answers in the categories of Brainstorm (free association) and Survey Says! (group consensus). Sometimes answers match and points are scored. In most cases, unusual and revealing responses come out, causing everyone around the table to laugh - and pocket information for later use.

If embarrassing party games aren't your style, take a crack at espionage with Spy Alley ($24.95). Players assume the roles of international spies as they try to collect keys, code books and passwords while attempting to make it back to their embassies before being discovered.

Spy Alley can end after a few minutes or go on for hours, depending on the composition of the board. Appropriate for ages 8 and up, this game is perfect for family game night.

Of course the classics are still available - with some new additions. Trivial Pursuit: 20th Anniversary ($29.99), in celebrating 20 years as one of America's most popular trivia games, takes all of its new questions from the last two decades. Also out is Monopoly: 1935 1st Edition ($29.99), capturing the nostalgic look of how it all began. But if you're looking for Looking for
