GIOVANNI TRAPATTONI Giovanni Trapattoni (born March 17, 1939) is an Italian football coach and former player. But Trapattoni said: "I played football too and I know what happened after the game.

"It was an intense situation and the players were all under pressure. Sometimes they don't know what can happen in this moment.

"But I am sure that my players and the French players have forgotten about it."
