DIABEX RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES THE DISCOVERY OF TWO NEW GOLD ZONES.

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 1995--DIABEX RESOURCES INC. (ME:DBX) Diabex Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the discovery of two new gold zones on the Desjardins Property, located approximately 35 kilometers North of Lebel-sur-Quevillon, where Diabex has the option to earn a 100% interest from Placer Dome Canada Limited.

Drill hole DX-52, inclined at -45 degrees, intersected two auriferous zones associated with quartz-carbonate injected horizons mineralized with pyrite. The first zone, from 282.4 to 285.35 meters, returned gold values of 4,26 g/t over 2.95 meters, including 7.47 g/t over 1.16 meter, while gold values from the second zone are 7.43 g/t over 4.08 meters, including 14.67 g/t over 1.55 meter. This second zone was intersected between 306.76 and 310.84 meters.

This drill hole, was positioned to investigate two induced polarization anomalies associated with deformed and altered iron formation locate in a relatively unexplored portion of the property. The two mineralized zones are open in all directions. Additional drilling is already planned to evaluate the importance of this new discovery.
