DHS will use EAGLE - part of the department's strategy for IT consolidation - to centralize IT procurement. Under the terms of the contract, each of the awarded primes and their respective teams will be allowed to compete for task orders. DHS selected Unisys as a prime contractor for two of EAGLE's five functional categories: --Category One - Infrastructure engineering design, development, implementation and integration.
