DHL Dedicates New West Coast Distribution Facility; New Air and Ground Distribution Hub Marks the Nation's First Joint Land-Use Partnership between the Military and a Private International Air-Cargo Carrier.

WHAT:   DHL, the world's leading global express delivery and logistics
        company, and Riverside, Calif.-area community leaders will
        dedicate a new $70 million West Coast Distribution Facility
        located at the March Air Reserve Base with an official
        ribbon-cutting ceremony.

        Dedication event speakers include 44th U.S. Congressional
        District Representative Ken Calvert; Colonel Wes Taylor, Vice
        Commander of the 452nd Air Mobility Wing; Steve White, DHL
        Senior Vice President of Operations & Gateways; Michael
        Epeneter, DHL Senior Vice President of Operations, Western
        USA; Joe Hete, CEO of ABX Air; and Daryl Busch, Chairman of
        the March Joint Powers Commission.

WHY:    The event will highlight DHL's west coast operations and the
        benefits that the new 262,000-sq.-ft. facility will have on
        the regional and Southwestern U.S. market, which includes an
        expanded DHL footprint for one-day ground services across
        California and into Nevada and Arizona. The facility's
        operations will include a sophisticated automated package
        tracking system linked via high-speed communication networks
        to DHL's Global Data Centers.

WHEN:   Monday, Oct. 17, 2005
        Registration and security check-in starts at 9:15 a.m.
        Dedication ceremony to begin at 10 a.m.
