For 10 years, The Dallas 100 Awards has recognized the top Dallas-based private companies showing outstanding growth and revenues based on the following criteria:

Companies must be independent and privately held (not subsidiaries

or divisions of another company) with headquarters in the Dallas

metroplex area.

They must supply a sales history showing increases from calendar

1998 to calendar 1999.

They must have revenues of $500,000 but less than $30M in FY 1997

The company must have a three-year sales history with an increase

in FY 1999 and credit report satisfactory with the Dallas 100
