DG Systems Rolls Out Enhanced Features for Easier Audio Spot and Music Distribution; DG Online 5.3 Order Entry System Also Released.

DG Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:DGIT), the digital technology innovator for delivering and managing audio and video content to the broadcast industry, announced today that through the launch of a series of enhanced features as well as an upgraded version of its popular DG Online(TM) solution, the Company is making it even easier for advertisers, agencies and record labels to deliver radio commercials and music releases through its DG Audio(TM) Distribution Service.

The new DG Audio Distribution upgrades and features, designed for improved efficiency and flexibility of the overall spot and music delivery process, include:
-- A new electronic traffic and order management interface product that eliminates re-keying orders and traffic information and reduces station calls, missed air-time and lost orders.

-- New on-line spot and music upload capabilities that instantly upload media directly from users' desktops. Now traffic and spot information can be submitted together with every order for complete accuracy.

-- New "A+" customer service program that proactively reaches out to clientele with the largest customer service group in the industry offering nationwide technical support.

-- New audio technology rolled out to its nationwide network of radio stations. The new DG Media Manager(TM) is a dedicated, on-site server offering agencies and broadcasters guaranteed delivery of audio spots and music directly to radio stations.

-- New DG Online 5.3 solution packed with features to upgrade online order entry -management for streamlined audio and video distribution. DGO 5.3 allows traffic to be attached online (in the agency's or advertisers own format) to an order, thereby eliminating faxing of traffic instructions. DGO 5.3 also permits new search by destination or ISCI code on any order, thereby easily locating a specific order to a station.
