In an effort to provide a comprehensive information package as part of their online presentation, full-service commercial real estate company D.G. Hart Associates, Inc. has developed an easily maneuverable site at www.dghart.com that offers a valuable tool to not only brokers, but the business community, in general, with links to government agencies, popular real estate sites, online business publications, and other resources germane ger·mane

"We were focused on building a resource center to benefit both our clients and other professionals," says Weissberg. "We are excited to share some of the compelling information sources that the Web has to offer. A broker, tenant or any business professional can go on our website and not only see which dotcoms have just received funding, but links to other sites with current mortgage rates, stock tips, and address locators. We have even put up links to Business Improvement Districts, as well as the Department of State Division of Corporations and other important government agencies that can help with loans, provide up-to-date information on statutes, or even send applications and forms."

Recently completed at the end of November, the website features a resource tab, i.e., "D.G. Hart Links," with nine intuitive headings: Government/Economic Development, Business Improvement Districts, Business News, Real Estate, Real Estate News, Demographics The attributes of people in a particular geographic area. Used for marketing purposes, population, ethnic origins, religion, spoken language, income and age range are examples of demographic data. , Company Information, Traffic and Resources.

The highly efficient Government/Economic Development section includes links to the Department of City Planning city planning, process of planning for the improvement of urban centers in order to provide healthy and safe living conditions, efficient transport and communication, adequate public facilities, and aesthetic surroundings. , Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Records and Information (providing vital information on mortgages, deeds, liens, etc.). The Business News category has direct links to Crain's, The New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
