Marin Torres del Estado de Puebla of Mexico, his delegation, Mexican and American businessmen attending the conference. He addressed the possibility, feasibility, development and construction of an Agribusiness project in the State of Puebla. DFLR, together with a joint venture group of Mexican businessmen, has over the last several months developed a project at Casas Grandes in the State of Chihuahua to construct six greenhouses covering 105.6 acres. Each greenhouse will cover aproximality 17.6 acres. Beginning in the year 2005, the greenhouses will be used for the production of hydroponics hydroponics, growing of plants without soil in water to which nutrients have been added. Hydroponics has been used for over a century as a research technique, but not until 1929 were experiments conducted solely to determine its feasibility for growing commercial tomatoes. The project will also include a 40,000 sq ft. packhouse with cooling facilities and state of the art machinery to grade and pack the tomatoes to meet Mexican and export requirements. The project can duplicate itself in 2006 and beyond to meet market demand and as land is available. Other produce such as green peppers, cucumbers and bell peppers can be grown in this type of environment as well. The Governor was at the conference to outline special benefits, business and financial opportunities available in the State of Puebla for international investors, particularly for projects in the Agribusiness sectors. The governor presented his view on current Mexican Political and Economic topics, and expressed his eagerness to assist with DFLR's project in every way he could. He further stated they have good hard working people needing employment and the fact that our project would employ some 200 to 400 people when completed. Further meetings are presently being planed for early in 2005. IN REGARDS TO DFLR's MINING CONCESSION. DFLR is proceeding with operations on the concession site in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.
