State Sen. George Runner George C. The Community Renewal Project is a partnership between California legislators and the Capitol Resource Institute. Organized in 2000, the project increased its presence through California's diverse communities hosting conferences that bring faith, community, business and elected leaders together to enhance their efforts to strengthen their communities.
