GreenPark Ranch, proposed by Hogle-Ireland Inc., would include about 700 housing units - including senior living centers - on 1,600 acres on the south side of the city.

``We decided to pull our application for now,'' company spokesman Randy Wheeler said. ``We are working to try and get the project to conform with what the city wants for the area.''
