DETROIT EDISON ANNOUNCES $5.6 MILLION IN AID FOR LOW-INCOME CUSTOMERS
 Detroit Edison (NYSE: DTE) Vice President Robert J. Buckler will unveil a $5.6 million aid program to help low-income customers avoid shutoffs and homeless shelters pay their electric bills this winter at a 10 a.m. news conference Thursday, Nov. 12, at company headquarters.
 Buckler will be joined at the news conference by Kathleen Walgren, executive director of The Heat And Warmth Fund (THAW), and Peg Posa, executive director of the Coalition On Temporary Shelter (COTS).
 The news conference will be held in a first-floor auditorium in the utility's Service Building, 2000 Third Ave., between Elizabeth and Beech streets, Detroit.
 Parking is available on the street or in any Detroit Edison parking lot west of Third Avenue. Please place press cards on your vehicle's dashboard or in its rear window.
