DESJARDINS-LAURENTIAN FINANCIAL CORPORATION DECLARES A DIVIDEND ON ITS CLASS A PREFERRED SHARES.


MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 1995-- DESJARDIN-LAURENTIENNE (ME,TSE: DJN.A) -- At its meeting of Nov. 21, 1995, the Board of Directors of Desjardins-Laurentian Corp. declared a dividend of $0.25 per Class A Preferred share.

This dividend will be payable on Dec. 31, 1995 to shareholders of record on Dec. 1, 1995.
