DEPUTIES SEEK HELP IN FINDING ATTACKER.Byline: Daily News LANCASTER Lancaster, city, England Lancaster (lăng`kəstər), city (1991 pop. 43,902) and district, county seat of Lancashire, NW England, on the Lune River. - Investigators are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who sexually assaulted a Lancaster woman in her home. The man followed the 24-year-old woman home about 2:30 a.m. on Jan. 23. He asked the woman if he could use her phone and when she let him in, he assaulted her in the living room of her residence, authorities said. The man is described as being Latino or of Italian descent descent, in anthropology, method of classifying individuals in terms of their various kinship connections.
