On Tuesday, deputies arrested Miguel Hernandez, 21, and identified him as an integral part of the drive-by shooting that wounded Arturo Romero of Canyon Country, who investigators said was shot by rival gang members. Hernandez's arrest followed those of Alberto Juarez and Raul Ballesteros, both 18, who have since pleaded not guilty in the case. Hernandez, Juarez and Ballesteros all face possible 50-year sentences in prison if convicted of the various charges. A total of seven people have been arrested since the shooting, and deputies said more arrests are expected. |
