Since early June June: see month. , three restaurants in Lancaster and Palmdale have been held up by three robbers working together, leading investigators to wonder if they and the Casa Roma holdup are related, deputies said.

``The suspects are too young,'' FBI agent Gary Auer said. ``They do not match up with our bank robbers.''

In the Casa Roma holdup, deputies said three males walked in about 8:40 p.m. Saturday. One went up to an employee, pointed a gun at her and asked where the cash register was, then ordered her to show them to it, deputies said.

The gunman ordered the woman to lie on the floor while the three suspects removed the money from the cash register, then fled, deputies said.

Deputies in a Lancaster patrol car heard a radio report of the robbery and spotted the suspects fleeing, Donnan said. Two were caught within minutes of the robbery - one running, one riding a bicycle bicycle, light, two-wheeled vehicle driven by pedals. The three - ages 15, 15 and 17 - remained in custody Monday in a juvenile facility, Donnan said.
