DEPUTIES JAIL CARJACKING SUSPECTS, SAVE VICTIMS.

LANCASTER - Sheriff's deputies rescued two carjack car·jack or car-jack  
tr.v. car·jacked, car·jack·ing, car·jacks
To commit forcible theft of (a vehicle) from its users.

 victims - one bound and locked in the trunk - after stopping a car for speeding.

Officials said that had deputies not came across the men, the two victims could have been killed.

``They were very intent on killing the one,'' said Lt. Stephen Smith of the Lancaster sheriff's station. ``They did say that they were going to kill both of them, though.''

Deputies said they spotted a speeding car near Stanridge Avenue and East Lancaster Boulevard just after 1:20 a.m. Friday. They pulled the vehicle over and decided that the driver, Williams, and passenger Willie Walker Willie Walker (born 19 May 1978, New Zealand) is a New Zealand rugby union footballer, currently playing in the Guinness Premiership for Gloucester Rugby. Deputies separated the two. As they questioned Walker, he whispered to a deputy that he and his friend had been carjacked. He told deputies his friend, John Anthony John "Jack" Anthony (born January 19, 1988) is a Collingwood Magpies footballer in the Australian Football League.
